About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Property Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our projects, from initial concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Projects Director to establish project success criteria and develop Heads of Terms, Shell Specifications, and Acoustic Reports.
- Provide advice and support on approaches to achieve project objectives, maintaining schedules of activity and updating the master project plan.
- Deliver schemes of work following approved plans and targets, following KPIs to improve project performance and understanding and following agreed budgets.
- Attend meetings to support the flow of project information between the team and Lane7 senior team, managing site meetings/minutes and updating relevant comms platforms.
- Work with third-party contractors, other consultants, and managing stakeholders at all project stages, ensuring key information and data are effectively cascaded and appropriately retained.
Requirements
- Competent in word, excel, and power point.
- A good understanding of numbers and budgeting.
- University degree or equivalent.
- At least two years post-graduate experience with a Project Management role in the construction industry.
- Have a Prince2 or equivalent.
