Job Summary
We are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team, supporting the resourcing of candidates using AI-powered software and databases. The successful candidate will work closely with our existing Consultants and Directors, receiving extensive training and ongoing support to ensure success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the team in researching the market for suitable candidates, approaching and headhunting identified talent, and arranging initial interviews.
- Update and post on social media, promoting the business and active vacancies, and manage responses.
- Draft job board ads and manage responses to applicants, keeping job boards up to date.
- Attend professional external meetings, taking meeting notes, and occasional networking events and industry awards ceremonies.
- Database management and data input, researching recent news articles, and general administrative duties.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an office/professional environment.
- Experience in the recruitment/sales industry, professional services, or a highly customer-facing/client-focused role.
- Experience in using MS Office.
- Ability to work independently, with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Good literacy skills, a goal-driven and task-oriented mentality, and resilience, positivity, and a drive to persevere.
