Firstly, we need you to have some workers generally cover absences in Care Homes, be that through sickness, holidays or just that they are generally understaffed, so you need to be able to go in and get the job done, and the only way you can do that is if you've had the right training and some paid experience.


Talking of Training - we wouldn't dream of sending workers out without verifying that their Training is relevant and up-to-date, and even if it isn't we have all of our Training available on-line, so that you can do as much or as little as you like, whenever you like.

The work?

Well, it's Caring for people, so will inevitably include:

  • Personal Care
  • Washing
  • Dressing
  • Meal preparation
  • Toileting
  • Companionship (the most important bit)
