  • Create opportunities for business growth by developing and cultivating strong customer relationships.
  • Manage and support the new business sales team, including their 1-to-1 reviews and annual appraisals.
  • Collaborate with your network to source and coordinate tender RFQs
  • Manage business costs while maximizing the ROI of the company by negotiating with customers and suppliers.
  • Conduct market research on competitors and marketplaces on a regular basis to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Assist internal departments with questions regarding commercial processes and best practices for implementing commercial practices.
  • Manage commercial risks and come up with strategies to overcome them.
  • Participate in business conferences and events to aid in the company's promotion.
  • Some European travel specifically Germany and Holland
Relevant Sales & Marketing qualification / experience

  • Familiar with business development and marketing tactics
  • Strong financial awareness of profit and loss and the need to achieve strong supplier costings obtained via confident negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with project management delivery
  • Strong awareness and a working knowledge of CRM packages
