As an Electrical Site Manager, you will be at the helm of the projects, ensuring excellence from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Oversee and manage the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.

Keep projects on schedule and within budget constraints, ensuring optimal resource utilization.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house commercial team to manage costs related to labour, procurement, and more.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Represent company at weekly progress, design team, and client meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Resource Management: Monitor and manage materials, tools, and equipment to maintain an organized and productive work environment.
  • Progress Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of project progress, including mark-ups and labour planning.
  • Quality &

Safety Inspections:
Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality, adherence to safety protocols, and compliance with relevant codes and regulations.

  • Team Management: Lead and manage site staff and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes and issue QA packs.
  • Risk Management: Update and manage RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements) to ensure proactive risk control.
Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years as an Electrical Site Manager within the Residential sector.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent client-facing and communication abilities.
  • Technical Knowledge: Extensive understanding of BS7671 and relevant Codes of Practice.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Effective problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • IT Proficiency: Good level of IT skills.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications or professional qualifications in electrical engineering and management (minimum SSSTS).
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and take initiative
