Office Administrator

We're looking for a motivated and organised Office Administrator to support our team. In this role you will collaborate with different departments to ensure tasks are completed accurately.
Roles/responsibilities
- Correctly update information on excel spreadsheets
- Order and monitor supplies
- Record transactions
- Update stock inventory
- Receive, unpack, label and store stock items
- Arrange monthly stock take and update records as appropriate
- Maintain databases
- Complete customs documents and arrange shipments
- Resolve logistics queries
- Assist the Purchasing, Logistics and Sales teams with ongoing tasks and projects
- General administration tasks
Essential:
- Administration experience
- Accurate data entry skills
- Able to manage databases
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Able to build and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle changing priorities
- Right to work full time permanently in the United Kingdom
Desirable
- Purchasing experience
- Knowledge of Sage
- Logistics experience
