This role is to lead clinical excellence as well as to drive improvement of clinical outcomes and enhance the patient experience.
If you are a great team player, innovative an excellent communicator and have a track record of delivering high quality patient care in Stroke then this might be the role for you.
This job would be part or full time over 7 days on a rota system, covering the county of Worcestershire, including visiting clinical bases.
The role will also support the community clinical pathway for Stroke including close liaison with the rehab wards, acute trust and voluntary agencies.
