About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Heathbrook House Care Home in Bromsgrove. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, while also inspiring and developing your team to be their best every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants in delivering exceptional care to our residents
  • Responsible for all clinical duties, including medication management, care planning, and accurate record keeping
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless handovers and effective communication
  • Provide training and supervision to new staff members to ensure they feel supported and confident in their roles
  • Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and external teams, such as GPs and District Nurses
