Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring seamless shift handovers and effective communication.
  • Assist residents with personal care duties, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Collaborate with external teams, such as GPs and District Nurses, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Support the Clinical Lead in maintaining high standards of clinical practice and CQC compliance.
