About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team on a locum ongoing contract basis. As a Physiotherapist in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and management in a community setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to patients with a range of conditions and needs
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and coordination
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and carers to promote health and well-being
- Contribute to the development and implementation of physiotherapy services and policies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care
Requirements:
- Qualified physiotherapist with a degree or equivalent in physiotherapy
- Recent experience working in community physiotherapy settings
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a physiotherapist
- NHS experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
