This position entails a commitment of hours per week, operating from Monday to Friday. You will play a crucial role in a leadership capacity, providing support and flexibility to teams across various localities.
Our service encompasses Community MSK outpatient offerings throughout Worcestershire, including Pelvic Health, Advanced Practitioner, and Mainstream Physiotherapy Rehabilitation services. The leadership structure consists of four team leads overseeing specific geographical areas, along with four clinical leads and two administrative leads.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational management of a team comprising Advanced Practice physiotherapists, Physiotherapists, Assistant Practitioners, and Administrators.
- Collaborate with a broader leadership team to ensure the effective delivery of MSK services across the county.
- Manage recruitment processes for new staff and conduct appraisals for existing team members.
- Develop and implement efficient clinical and administrative pathways.
- Exhibit flexibility and adaptability in response to evolving service and patient needs.
- Utilize prioritization and delegation skills to meet operational deadlines.
- Act as a deputy for the Therapy Lead when necessary and foster connections with local partners.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy.
- HPC registration.
- Evidence of relevant postgraduate courses and a maintained CPD portfolio.
- A minimum of five years of post-graduate experience, including work across various specialties.
- Proven leadership experience and supervision of junior staff and students.
- Experience in conducting audits.
Desirable Qualifications
- Relevant validated clinical course.
- Clinical Educators qualification.
Knowledge and Skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of physiotherapy in relevant areas.
- Proficiency in IT skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support others.
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
