Lead Activities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lead Activities Coordinator to join our team at Amica Care Trust. As a key member of our activities team, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional care and support for our residents.
About the Role:
- Oversee and deliver a range of stimulating activities to meet the needs of our residents.
- Manage the team of activity coordinators to provide a range of outstanding activities.
- Liaise with residents and relatives to ensure a full understanding of the residents' likes, interests, and abilities.
Requirements:
- 2 years' experience of working in activities (desirable).
- Previous experience working in a care home environment, would be an advantage.
- Ability to manage and supervise others.
- Great communication skills.
- Demonstrate the Amica Care values and promote these at all times by being an effective communicator, passionate about your work, encouraging others, team working, and having a positive attitude
