Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Unit Manager to join our team at Bupa Global. As a Clinical Unit Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality care to residents and will be a visible leader in the home, driving the operation and growth of a 24-hour business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the delivery of the highest standards of quality care in accordance with Bupa's Vision, Mission, and values.
- Implement all Bupa's detailed nursing and operational policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with regulations and contractual requirements.
- Manage all staff costs, associated budgets, and occupancy within your area of the Care Home.
- Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure the smooth operation of the Care Home.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and services provided by the Care Home.
Requirements:
- NVQ level 3 or above within Care.
- Experience of working in a residential unit to a minimum job level of Senior Care Assistant.
- Experience of effective team management.
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
- Good time management skills, ability to prioritize and organize workload appropriately.
- Computer literate with experience of using a variety of IT systems.
