Senior Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health - 119. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of patients with musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough initial assessments and develop effective management plans for patients with MSK conditions.
- Work autonomously, utilizing digital systems and customer hubs to manage administrative tasks and stay connected with our nationwide community of clinicians.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to core standards of physiotherapy practice and code of conduct.
- Develop and maintain excellent IT skills, with a strong understanding of safety and legal obligations, including patient rights and consent.
- Contribute to the development of the clinic team, providing guidance and support to junior clinicians and promoting a culture of continuous professional development.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MSK physiotherapy, with a strong background in conducting initial assessments, providing diagnosis, and prescribing effective management plans.
- BSc (hons) Physiotherapy degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 2:2 honors.
- Full Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) membership with no investigations or disciplinary actions pending.
- Level 7 HEI credits through MSK-related post-graduate courses.
- Portfolio of evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) supporting professional and personal development.
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (desirable).
