Sionic is currently seeking a Partner to join its team on a permanent basis in London

The opportunity:

This role exists to add significant senior CX expertise and accelerate the growth of the CX Practice, working alongside existing senior members of the team to drive the execution of the strategy to achieve a >£15m business unit within 3 years


The Partner will focus on growing the CX business by identifying new revenue through cross selling and marketing campaigns, building out the range of propositions and services, and developing new capabilities.

Through building external networks and market presence, the Partner will represent Sionic in the international market place and develop relationships with key senior leaders within multinational corporate services businesses

You will:

  • Contribute significantly to practice level strategy and oversee or lead assignments where the delivery is complex or a new CX offering for Sionic.
  • Develop new business by providing existing solutions to new clients or developing new, innovative offerings for existing clients, and developing the capability within Sionic to deliver these effectively.
  • Demonstrate exceptional SME knowledge from the CX domain, aiding the delivery of outstanding client work.
  • Proactively maintain a client network and reinforce effective business development activities for all employees.
  • Drive the integration of technology into our propositions and services to further increase differentiation
  • Identify and cultivate new strategic relationships. Guide account planning for existing relationships.
  • Be the Account Lead for a number of client accounts.
  • Demonstrate new sales origination behaviours when delivering client work and through networking.
  • Lead the production of proposals, white papers, marketing material etc.

Your experience:

Essential:

  • Degree level qualifications or equivalent plus further academic success.
  • At least 1015 years in senior CX line and consulting roles in multiple sectors
  • Extensive knowledge across CX endtoend functions is essential, and deepdomain knowledge in specific areas is helpful.
  • Strong background in consulting and advisory projects
  • Continuously develops self and others through feedback, as well as training and development initiatives
  • Solid leadership and management skills, particularly in difficult / complex situations
  • Must be able to inspire others through personal behaviour, the demonstration of values and a drive for continuous excellence
  • Mentors others in the art of leading assignments and account management and provides consistent feedback to staff for development purposes
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively with Clevel stakeholders
  • Ability to build strong relationships through an effective consulting approach
