Senior Finance Business Partner for Housing Operations and Customer Experience (Cx)

As the Senior Finance Business Partner for Housing Operations and Customer Experience (Cx), you play a crucial role as a financial strategist and advisor to the housing operations teams, contributing to the overall customer experience strategy.

You will be responsible for creating and executing financial strategies that boost the efficiency and effectiveness of these teams.

Joining the Finance team as a senior member, you will champion a customer-centric mindset and a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that all financial services provided yield optimal results for our residents.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the business to offer financial insights and craft financial management strategies tailored to the requirements of Housing Operations and Cx.

  • Understand and oversee the financial performance specific to housing operations to drive efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Serve as a strategic financial advisor to department heads and teams, creating financial models to support decision-making processes
  • Lead financial planning and reporting efforts for these areas, maintaining precision and timeliness
  • Critically evaluate the financial risks and opportunities associated with different strategies
  • Collaborate with Analytics and Strategy teams to enable data-driven decision-making in housing operations and customer experience initiatives
  • Develop and adjust reporting procedures to meet evolving needs, providing insightful financial analysis
  • Maintain accurate data, handling large complex datasets using Excel and internal systems
  • Supervise and guide the finance business partner to nurture a culture of continuous learning and professional growth

Qualifications:

  • Hold a CCAB recognized accounting qualification with supporting CPD

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate extensive experience in business partnering with non-Finance colleagues, offering financial expertise and commercial insights
  • Skilled at analyzing intricate data to devise solutions and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in influencing operational activities at both tactical and strategic levels across all business areas
  • Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of D365 and Power BI is advantageous
