Your Role

As a Business Partner, you'll collaborate closely with the retail operations team, providing commercially focused insights. Your role involves adding value, challenging assumptions when necessary, and building strong relationships. You'll understand the big picture, influence decision-making, and engage in senior-level meetings. This position focuses on cost management rather than revenue generation.

You'll work alongside other senior stakeholders and functional teams in finance, taking ownership of reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making. Understanding key drivers will be essential.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Experience : You're an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner or FP&A specialist. Alternatively, candidates with Head of Finance experience in medium-sized organizations, driving operational change, will also be considered. Consultative Approach : You excel at providing expert advice, interpreting financial data, and adding value. Operational Change : Candidates who have driven operational change are ideal. Personality : Confidence, down-to-earth communication, and the ability to convey complex concepts informally to operational teams are crucial. Growth Potential : We welcome candidates ready for a step-up or those who value work-life balance and flexibility.

What You'll Receive

Flexibility : Enjoy flexible working options. Hybrid Model : You'll need to be in the office approximately once a week, but more frequent visits are possible. Package : £73,500 salary, 18% discretionary bonus, up to 12% employer pension contribution, days of holiday, and work/life balance.
