What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a CX Strategist who excels at blending customer experience planning with impactful storytelling to join a client-focused team within our agency. In this role, you will utilize your extensive background in the healthcare industry and modern strategic planning to guide brands across various markets and therapeutic areas in implementing insights-driven strategic planning processes. If you are a naturally curious individual who thrives on tackling diverse strategic challenges, influencing strategic decisions on engaging customers throughout their unique journeys, and optimizing experiences across different markets, then we are eager to connect with you.

Ideal Qualifications:
  • You possess proven experience in the Pharma sector at both the consumer and healthcare professional levels
  • You demonstrate expertise in omnichannel strategy, enabling you to assist brands in designing engagement programs that span digital and in-person channels. Specifically, you bring substantial experience in digital, CX, and/or CRM strategy and planning
  • You have a track record of working on multiple initiatives within an agile environment and are comfortable with interdisciplinary teamwork
  • Your strengths lie in high-level experience strategy work as well as the nitty-gritty details of strategic implementation
  • You are assertive and articulate in your communication while fostering collaborative relationships with clients and external agency partners
  • Skilled in guiding clients on appropriate research techniques to gather data and insights necessary for informed decision-making
  • You excel in facilitating workshops and brainstorming sessions to develop strategic deliverables and creative concepts
  • You possess a data-driven mindset, a solid understanding of analytics, and the ability to uncover human insights by analyzing patterns in social, search, and other data sources
