We have teamed up with our partner, an International Property Consultancy, to find an Associate Director to join their Central London Trophy Asset team in the Commercial Property Management department.

This role offers a salary of up to £70k, along with car allowance, benefits, and a solid bonus.

Central London Team:

The team in Central London, situated at the UK head office, oversees a diverse portfolio of assets for various clients, such as institutions, pension funds, family offices, landed estates, and high-net-worth individuals. The team has grown significantly, doubling in size in the past three years, with ongoing expansion plans. They work closely with the London Agency and Capital Market teams.

Position: Associate Director - Central London

Responsibilities:

As the Associate Director, you will manage a portfolio of high-profile 'Trophy' assets in Central London, ensuring top-notch performance across different services. Your responsibilities include:

  • Supervising Finance teams and site-based facilities management teams
  • Leading a Surveying team (including graduates/apprentices)
  • Coordinating Specialist Service teams (ESG, Procurement, CX, Data, Technology)
  • Maintaining assets to the highest standards
  • Ensuring cleanliness, safety, security, and maintenance
  • Delivering a modern customer experience
  • Keeping assets competitive and innovative
  • Continually reducing carbon emissions
  • Effective management of service charges
  • Driving tailored sustainability initiatives for each asset

Candidate Requirements:

  • Dedicated to client service with a proactive and hands-on approach
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • MRICS qualified with at least 4 years PQE
  • Proven experience in managing teams and large multi-let office assets
  • Outstanding client-facing abilities
  • Proficient in business development
  • Ambitious with aspirations for career growth
  • Strong work ethic, willing to work in London at least 4 days a week to meet client demands
