We're partnering with a leading market research firm dedicated to uncovering insights that drive impactful marketing decisions. We're looking for an Associate Director to join their team and play a pivotal role in driving business growth and team development.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an Associate Director, you'll focus on consultative client interactions, business development, and team leadership. You'll lead large-scale projects, manage client relationships, mentor team members, and contribute to new business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities include:

Leading large projects independently, ensuring profitability and qualityManage project teams and oversee deliverables, and present findings to clients and manage stakeholder relationshipsUtilize quantitative research skills and analytical tools effectivelyPrepare research debriefs and deliver compelling narrativesAdvocate for data-driven decision-making and process improvementsMentor colleagues and promote their professional developmentParticipate in new business discussions and contribute to strategic planningLead new business initiatives and demonstrate business acumenYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The Associate Director will have the following skills and experience:

Vast experience in end to end quantitative market research, from design, analysis and reportingHave working knowledge of techniques like Max Diff, Conjoint Analysis and SegmentationsStrong client-facing and presenting abilityMentoring experienceInternational or multi-market experience beneficialSALARY AND BENEFITS:Competitive salary of up to £60,000 and benefits packageOpportunities for professional growth and advancementDynamic and collaborative work environmentHOW TO APPLY:
