JobOverview
Thisis a fulltime role for an Influencer Marketing Specialist at SwissBeauty located in Gurugram. The Influencer Marketing Specialistwill be responsible for developing and executing influencermarketing campaigns building relationships with influencerscreating engaging content and monitoring campaign performance. Thisrole requires strong communication and creative skills as well asknowledge of social media platforms and trends.
Responsibilities
  • Ideating& executing campaigns end to end including managingmonitoring and reporting.
  • Proactively researchidentify & build relationships with relevant influencersacross the spectrum.
  • Manage influencercollaborations and agencies including contract negotiations contentguidance & communication.
  • Stay up todate with the on the latest influencer marketing trends &emerging platforms to driveinnovation.
  • Coordinating and maintainingrelationships with key stakeholders (Internal & External)
  • Come up with new campaign ideas &initiate cross brand collaborations.
  • Managecampaign budgets ensure cost optimization manage creator paymentsand finance processinvolved.

Skills&Qualifications
  • Graduation
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in influencermarketing.
  • Agency background is anaddition.
  • Must have good network of influencersand worked with beauty brands earlier.
  • Havehandled influencer campaigns right from influencer scouting tocampaign execution & reports is inquisitive about socialmedia & keeps a check on the ongoingtrends.
  • Hands on experience with IG &YT both and worked across different influencer tiers Macro Micro& Nano.
  • Able to take the ownership andaccountability.
