The role
We are currently recruiting for a Day Care Team Leader to join our team - working at 35 hours per week at the rate of £13.96 per hour / £25,479.
Who are we?
Beechfield Lodge in Pendleton, Salford is home to well trained and helpful staff with rooms for up to 60 residents.
At Anchor, we pride ourselves in providing 24-hour care and specialised services for elderly people, the beauty of our grounds, the quality of our catering and our engaging activities we deliver.
What does it mean to be a Care Team Leader?
- Managing / Supporting your Care team through rotas, compliance, and performance reviews.
- Ensuring resident safety through medication, incident reports / escalations, Anchor compliance and CQC fundamental standards.
- Working closely with the Management Team to ensure a smooth running of the home.
