An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our organisation as a Medical Receptionist.

You will be working as part of the wider operational team to provide the "front-of-house" service, including welcoming patients and visitors, understanding and interpreting patients' needs, resolving queries where possible and on occasion contacting patients to ensure patient safety.

You will provide a responsive, courteous, calm and efficient service at all times, to enable and support patient care. You will respond to circumstances and a positive and flexible approach is required.

We have vacancies in the Liverpool and St Helens areas.


The post holder is required to have excellent verbal and written communication, organisation and customer-service skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A high level of computer literacy plus attention to detail is also required.

The applicant should have a positive attitude to maintaining high standards at all times.

Salary:
£10.90 per hour
