Activities:

Implement current GTM strategy, processes and tools that will enable the business to deliver expected revenue

  • Own the internal forecasting and pipeline management
  • Define and allocate books of business to the team to maximise impact and conversion rates
  • Assign sales territories to optimise coverage
  • Run the endtoend deal desk process and drive continuous improvement
  • Responsible for defining, maintaining and reporting sales performance metrics
  • Drive our sales performance by managing the complete sales processes in our CRM Salesforce in cooperation with our sales leaders
  • Lead standardisation of processes and tools and drive continuous improvement to optimize productivity
  • Engaging with sales teams on guidelines, requirements, corrections, quality assurance, and coaching

Background:

5 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS Sales Ops role, best case additionally in a Sales role

  • You have a very good knowledge of B2B software sales methodologies
  • Knowledge of sales enablement and sales automation tools is essential.
  • You possess strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • You are a Salesforce expert, knowledge of HubSpot is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment.
  • You speak English fluently, French is a plus.
