Context of the role


Reporting into the Chief Revenue Officer, this is a leadership role that will partner closely with the commercial and finance teams and drive sales operations, go to market strategy, deal desk & systems as well as tooling and process.

You will need to be hands on, diving into the day to day challenges of the business to identify gaps and inefficiencies.

Ultimately, your goal will be to build and scale an aligned global revenue operations function to support our fast growing business

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and shape the RevOps team, to drive a culture of accountability and data driven decision making within the commercial team
  • Support the revenue teams (business development and customer success) on:
  • Driving pipeline review, business cadence, forecasts and risk analysis
  • Developing, aligning, and implementing new territory / account assignments
  • Running day to day management of compensation plans and targets / quotas
  • Looking after the overall health, structure and key efficiency metrics of the business development and customer success teams
  • Work closely with the commercial team leaders and Chief People Officer to develop the right organization design and incentive structures
  • Establish a strong Data Insights function within the Revenue team, providing commercial leaders, ExCo members and other stakeholders with the data insights they need to support their decision making, leveraging tools and automation where possible
  • Build the right systems, processes, forums and cadences for mutual collaboration between the commercial teams and supporting teams.
  • Ensure the right systems, tools and processes are in place, including but not limited to:
  • CRM utilization and CRM hygiene
  • Quoting to billing tools and processes
  • Customer onboarding and offboarding practices
  • Ensuring the right BI dashboards are in place in partnership with the BI team
  • Establish GTM strategy for current and new customer segments in partnership with product, marketing and compliance
  • Drive critical projects relating to commercial and competitive strategy
  • Drive deal desk and ensure the right pricing frameworks are in place
  • Drive commercial team enablement including trainings, collaterals and pitch support
  • Lead, inspire and develop a team of Revenue Operations professionals, based in different locations around the world

What we are looking for

  • Proven track record in building and leading a Revenue Operations function in a fast growing and international tech business. Experience in FinTech is a plus. Demonstrable experience in creating scalable Revenue Operations function, based on tools, automation and processes
  • Handson approach. Whilst this is a senior level position we expect the person taking this role to be willing to rollup their sleeves and get involved in the detail, especially in the early stages of building additional layers of process and automation
  • Strong experience with Salesforce, advanced level knowledge of functionality and possibilities to maximise business benefits of using Salesforce
  • Extensive knowledge of sales compensation philosophies and structures
  • Data driven mindset, proven track record of working with analytics tools to provide data insights to senior level leaders. Ability to translate 'raw data' into insights
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
  • Experience leading teams including remote management
