Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President (SVP) of Card Present Business Development for the EU and UK regions. This executive leader will spearhead our card present go-to-market strategy and expansion plans, leveraging our strong U.S. market presence and integrated partnerships to accelerate growth across Europe. The role demands a visionary strategist capable of forging robust pathways in new markets and ensuring seamless integration of our technologies, including the SkyTab POS system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the EU and UK, focusing on expanding our footprint in the hospitality, restaurant, and retail sectors.
  • Leverage existing U.S. ISV partnerships and align them with European market needs to optimize penetration and revenue growth.
  • Lead the rollout and adoption of SkyTab POS across European markets, working closely with tech and product to ensure localization and compliance with regional standards.
  • Identify, evaluate and inform our strategy department on acquisition opportunities, focusing on businesses that enhance our card-present payment solutions in Europe.
  • Lead the integration of European acquisitions related to card-present payment solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and seamless operational transition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure a unified approach to market entry and expansion.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies promptly and effectively.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role within the card present and omni-channel payment solutions industry, preferably with significant exposure to the EU and UK markets.
  • A strong track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies and driving business growth in international markets.
  • Extensive experience in partnership management, strategic alliances, and business development.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead mergers and acquisitions, from due diligence to post-merger integration.
  • Outstanding leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Ideal locations would be UK and The Netherlands
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the EU and UK.
