Job Title: Revenue Operations Manager (Marketing)

Reports to: VP of Revenue Operations

We are committed to our future growth and building a global team. Today we're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager (Marketing) to join us in our London office.

As a RevOps Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the alignment between our marketing and sales teams. You will streamline the integration between marketing technologies and CRM systems, enhance lead quality, and improve sales conversion rates. Your expertise will also involve leveraging data to inform strategic decisions and guiding projects that introduce advanced marketing technology capabilities.

On a typical day, you will:
  • Optimize and support our marketing tech stack, working collaboratively with other members of the RevOps team for seamless integration enhancements.
  • Develop and refine metrics and KPIs to evaluate marketing performance in alignment with revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to design and implement solutions and processes that ensure seamless campaign execution and lead management, contributing to revenue growth.
  • Design and implement processes for data management to ensure the accuracy and accessibility of marketing and sales data.
  • Oversee the marketing database including segmentation, list acquisition/import, and data cleansing activities to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to design, test, and refine lead nurturing and scoring programs to improve sales funnel efficiencies.
  • Manage the lead generation process, providing training, guidance, and support to growth team members on processes, tools, and best practices to optimize sales performance and productivity.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in revenue operations and marketing automation.
