WhoCanFixMyCar is looking for motivated, experienced and sales focused Sales Director/Chief Commercial Officer to join our team Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will oversee all aspects of the commercial strategy and take ownership of creating strategies and metrics to ensure the business achieves its commercial objectives.

We are a fast-paced and dynamic company operating in the automotive industry, connecting customers with a wide network of garages and mechanics in the UK and beyond.

Develop and implement strategic business plans for our company's commercial activities across E-Commerce Sales, Network Sales and Advertising Sales
Effectively own/manage the budget, resource allocation and financial performance

Client & Performance:
Lead the development of current and new long-term client relationships and loyalty programs
Monitor and analyse sales performance and develop sales reports
Evaluate and implement suitable processes to streamline and enhance performance
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the correct pricing strategy, marketing strategy and product roadmap to retain and attract new clients and drive sales/revenue
Coach, direct and lead the sales team to ensure an aligned understanding of the deliverables
Provide strategic direction and guidance to the sales team
Ensure all commercial activities are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Ensure robust compliance processes to protect sensitive client/business data
Review current processes and implement new processes (as required) to mitigate any risks to the company's systems/data
