Adult Placement Officer

Contract: 6 months (Hybrid role - 2 days in office)

Are you an experienced professional in adult care with strong negotiation skills and IT proficiency? Join Bromley Council as a Placement Officer for an exciting 6-month contract opportunity

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your expertise in adult care to assess referrals and identify suitable placements or care packages for individuals with social care needs.
  • Negotiate fees and rates effectively to secure appropriate placements, ensuring value for money for Bromley Council.
  • Demonstrate excellent IT skills to manage data and information efficiently, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders, managing expectations and promoting collaboration with Bromley Council.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 6 months

Salary:
£17.09 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week
