An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Legal and Compliance department for a new Group Head of Compliance to join Redde Northgate plc.

Reporting to our Group General Counsel and Company Secretary, your primary objective will be to support our Board and Executive Management team to protect the assets, reputation, and sustainability of the Redde Northgate Group.


As our Group Head of Compliance, you will lead and co-ordinate the Group regulatory compliance function that operates across our group, ensuring our businesses are in full compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements by identifying, advising on, and controlling compliance risks.

About you

  • First and foremost, you will have extensive experience and specialist expertise in governing and managing Compliance at a senior level within a FCAregulated business.
  • You're a recognised expert in the field of regulatory compliance, with demonstrable ability to act as a leading authority on all compliance matters.
  • You have a proven track record of contributing to the strategic planning and leadership of compliance in a complex environment and for developing and implementing policies, standards, and guidance
  • You have the natural ability to establish relationships and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • You possess excellent leadership and management skills, with vision, a "can do" approach and demonstrable experience of managing a team of experts and managing relationships between teams and stakeholders across an organisation to deliver a businessfriendly, efficient, and successful compliance service.
  • You have strong written and oral communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate compliance and riskrelated concepts to audiences at all levels of the organisation.
