We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Group SHE Assurance Manager to join our team at Green Barks Search. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational activities of our client comply with statutory provisions and recognized best practices across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement industry-leading internal audit processes to ensure compliance with SHE regulatory requirements.
- Provide critical assurance to the PLC Main Board on operational excellence and the upholding of exemplary SHE standards.
- Collaborate with business units to create improvement plans and support operational areas to address weaknesses.
- Hold a NEBOSH certificate and actively participate in the SHE Managers Forum to capture and implement SHE best practices.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills to produce high-quality reports for the board.
- Ability to travel across the UK regularly with potential for international travel.
