About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group SHE Assurance Manager to join our team at Green Barks Search. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing industry-leading internal audit processes to ensure compliance with all SHE regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide critical assurance to the PLC Main Board around operational excellence and the upholding of exemplary SHE standards.
- Develop and implement an internal audit process to ensure compliance with all SHE regulatory requirements.
- Conduct periodic reviews of SHE risks across the Group, addressing compliance deficiencies, changes, and developments to ensure the highest standards are upheld.
- Produce and deliver high-quality reports for the board, giving accurate and balanced accounts to all stakeholders and building confidence in the wider compliance of the plc.
- Collaborate with business units to create improvement plans and support operational areas to address any weaknesses.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH certificate
- Active role within the SHE Managers Forum
- Internal auditor training
