Job Description:
POSITION TITLE:
Customer Service Rep
Job Scope:
- To develop and maintain key relationships between our brand device, our customers and internal stakeholders.
- Have the ability to influence and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction is exceeded.
- Support data integration processes between commercial, finance, information technology, Clinical service and technical teams into a consolidated customer master and data warehouse.
- Leverage people, process and technology improvements to achieve continuous and sustainable improvements in commercial effectiveness and efficiency.
Strategy:
- To align closely with the Customer Service Team to ensure consistency and best practice sharing where appropriate.
- Provide input into the medical device's Customer Service strategy to realize the platform's fullest potential and execute the plan to become a key market differentiator for the business.
- Continue to develop, document and implement global processes to ensure compliance and standardization.
- Analyse business data to identify areas of improvements.
- Foster a culture of customer focus across the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
(but not limited to)
- To lead and manage end to end customer service activities and processes for the EMEA region
- EMEA 3rd party logistics service provider management
- Manage 3rd party logistic service provider (3PL) for the region in collaboration with global logistics
- Manage global service provider for managed access programs
- Manage Spare Parts orders (Customer and Internal Stakeholders)
- Customer order & service management
- First point of contact for nontechnical questions related to orders, price, and credits for internal & external stakeholders
- Work with internal stakeholders to resolve customer questions and issues
- Installation process coordination & Instrument Service Order Dispatch
- Coordinate the delivery, installation, and training for new instruments between sales, logistics, finance, technical & clinical service
- Coordinate the service maintenance and repair for all existing instruments by dispatching engineer upon customers' needs and sending out spare parts when needed
- Customer service KPI development & monitoring
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators for 3PL, order, installation, and other customer service related processes
- Customer service process development
- Identify gaps in the current process landscape
- Develop crossfunctional processes to improve customer service delivery
- Master data management and quality control in the ERP environment and other databases to ensure data integrity
- System metrics analysis: finding areas of improvement through our data
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in a logistics, supply chain, and/or customer service function in the healthcare industry
- Experience in the management of 3PLs
- Experience in process design and implementation is a big plus
- Ability to influence without formal authority.
- At ease with Microsoft Office suite. Advanced knowledge of Excel is a plus
- At ease with oral presentation, in front of small and large audience, able to present reports
- Experience with operation of ERP systems
- Experience in inventory management is a plus
- Language requirements: English, German, French, Italian, 3 languages being a plus
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, data analysis or related field.
