You will be working in a fast-paced environment around an established sales team and working towards individual and team targets.

The role is following up on inbound leads talking the customer through the product and closing the sale. We are looking for someone who has good sales skills but also someone who can deliver exceptional customer service and build a rapport with the customer.

This is a great opportunity to work as part of a close-knit team in a fulfilling role. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of experience in a phone-based sales or customer service role. There will be lots of support given to you as you grow and develop into this role and progress into others.

Two-week rota:

Week 1 – 9-5.30pm

Week pm

Responsibilities & day to day duties

As a Inside Sales person you will be responsible for:

  • Making outbound calls to prospective customers who have enquired about the product.
  • Understand the customers needs and then close the sale.
  • Answering inbound calls from potential customers.
  • Ensure good product knowledge to be able to talk customers through their options.

Skills & experience required.

  • At least 12 months experience in a phone-based sales or customer service role.
  • Experience working towards, and able to meet team and individual targets.
  • Confident in speaking to a variety of people on the telephone, with the ability to build rapport.
