Inside Sales Executive - Leisure Market

At Air Liquide, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and quality to our customers. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team in the Leisure Market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities by contacting new and existing customers, primarily via telephone.
  • Manage existing customer relationships to ensure retention and growth.
  • Develop and maintain a network of agents and resellers to expand our customer base.

As a Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting sales calls, raising quotations, and following up on leads.
  • Closing deals and signing up customers to ALUK contracts.
  • Maintaining accurate reports and CRM systems.

We offer a comprehensive training program to ensure your success in this role. Performance targets will be established with you following your training and probationary period.

Requirements:
  • Strong selling and negotiation skills, ideally telephone-based.
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Strong relationship building skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Able to work to defined sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the Hospitality and Beverage sector would be desirable.
  • Ability to travel when needed to visit prospects, customers, agents, and resellers.
  • 5 GCSEs at minimum Grade C (Including English, Maths, and Science).
