As Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for dealing with customers claims and general enquires receivedfrom customers, dealerships, and internal customers.
Delivering outstanding products and services to our clients, partners and consumers through innovation, niche expertise and unparallel service, you'll ensure your priority and focus is delivering the best outcomes for both the consumer and the business.
- A friendly yet professional telephone manner
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Proven experience of working in a customer focused role
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Experience of working in an FCA regulated environment would be advantageous but is by no means essential as full training will be provided.
This role works to three rotating shifts: Monday
Friday , and _-
1 in every 3 Saturdays is required and you will deduct this from that working week_

Car Care Plan operate a hybrid working environment, where following training and achievement of quality standards, one third of your time will be office based, with the remainder home working.
