Talent & Culture Coordinator at Ria UK and Ireland

The Talent & Culture Coordinator plays a crucial role in the HR department. They need to be versatile, proactive, positive, and possess outstanding communication skills. Responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, enhancing HR operations, and ensuring alignment with company values.



Responsibilities
  • Attract top talent for Retail, Sales, and Supporting functions.
  • Manage recruitment via internal and external channels.
  1. Post job requisitions.
  2. Provide support to hiring managers.
  3. Monitor incoming applications & enhance visibility.
  4. Maintain recruitment KPIs and effectiveness.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Advise Hiring Managers on candidate selection.
  • Conduct interviews and offer letters.
Onboarding
  • Own the onboarding process for new joiners.
  1. Perform pre-employment checks.
  2. Organize training for new employees.
  3. Conduct HR inductions.
  4. Provide support during onboarding & probation.
  • Monitor Probation Appraisal reviews.
  • Issue employment contracts.
Admin
  • Prepare contractual documentation.
  • Support HR inbox queries.
  1. Respond to employee inquiries.
  2. Update job descriptions and Org charts.
  3. Participate in HR projects.
  • Support HR systems data quality.
  • Cover tasks in the absence of Office Assistant.
Culture
  • Engage in CSR events and employee activities.
  • Prioritize diversity and inclusion in recruitment.


Qualifications
  • Degree level education or equivalent.
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition and HR operations.
  • Professionalism, resilience, and adaptability.
  • Strong team player with cultural appreciation.
  • Skilled in building relationships at all business levels.
  • Passionate about people and professional growth.
