ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Room Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Room Service team and ensure that the standards of the division are met and exceeded. You will be responsible for taking orders, liaise with the IRD kitchen team to enable a smooth flow of orders and coordinate the amenities delivery for all VIP categories.

You will promote and facilitate a good and respectful working environment within the department and work in close collaboration with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth execution.
