The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Private Dining Room Manager to join our team and become part of something truly special. This role offers the opportunity to oversee the smooth operation of our private dining space, ensuring an unforgettable experience for every guest.

When not hosting private events, this elegant room seamlessly integrates with our main dining area. In these instances, you will be a valued member of our Front of House team, managing a section alongside our dedicated waiters and waitresses.

Flexibility is key in this role, as last-minute events may occasionally require adjustments to work schedules.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service and create a memorable dining experience for every guest.
  • Manage the private dining room efficiently, ensuring seamless operations during events.
  • Collaborate effectively with the kitchen brigade to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
  • Train and develop team members, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the dining area.

About You

You possess at least 1+ years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your solution-oriented approach and commitment to service excellence are evident in your work. You are a strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
