About the role:


This is an exciting opportunity to expand our growing Continence Care (CC) business As Territory Manager, you will develop your assigned account base to maximize and grow market share, revenue and profits, by selling ConvaTec's CC portfolio to existing customers and also acquiring new business.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop positive, collaborative relationships with clinical providers and key buying influencers to include Physicians, Medical Assistants, Nurses and other Clinicians in Urology Care healthcare.
  • Learn and communicate product expertise and clinical products as benefits to both medical audience and a nontechnical audience.
  • Develop productive business relationships with individuals responsible for purchasing decisions in targeted facilities.
  • Generate business with new customers through coldcalling and lead follow up; increase sales with existing accounts and customers.
  • Present products to decision makers and associated staff, creating demand for Convatec catheters, using appropriate selling tools, visual aids and product demonstrations.
  • Attend National, Regional, and local meetings as required.
  • Analyze territorial sales to target key customers for inservice programs.
  • Maintain regular communications with Regional Sales Manager and perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Urology Physicians and Practitioners, WOCNs, Physician Office, US Marketing, Sales Leadership Team

About You:


You are ready to impact an organization with your positive attitude and excellent communication to build positive customer relationships quickly and network effectively.

You thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment and you can provide documented history of sales success with rankings, awards and commendations.


Qualifications/Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (strongly preferred) or 35 years of sales experience in a highly competitive market.
  • Consultative approach to selling required.
  • Experience selling to and through distributors preferred.
  • Demonstrated success with complex sales cycle and multiple call points.
  • Navigate committees and teams with economic and clinical benefit story.
  • Mine data from CRM (Customer Relationship Management) daily.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required.
  • Must reside (or willing to relocate) to assigned territory area.

Working Conditions:

Overnight travel may be required to manage territory successfully.
