Role Overview:

As the Regional Training Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in our journey. You'll coordinate, develop, and deliver employee training. This includes mandatory and legislative training, as well as facilitating access to external training opportunities.

A full clean driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential as up to 50% of your time is spent commuting to our various sites in Norfolk and Suffolk.

Healthcare Experience:

You've delivered training in the healthcare or social care sector.

Regulatory Familiarity:

Knowledge of social care practices, legislation, and requirements.

Tech-Savvy:

Competency in IT systems and maintaining training records.

Education and Training:

Hold or be willing to work towards a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent).

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively deliver exceptional training with a customer-facing approach.
Ensure consistent, high-quality training that meets regulatory requirements.
Assist the Regional Support Manager in coordinating internal initiatives.
Facilitate face-to-face training sessions and induction programs for care home employees, promoting an inclusive and positive learning culture.
Identify and support individuals with specific training needs through coaching, mentoring, and refresher sessions.
