What our client is offering the successful Regional Auction Operator:

As a Regional Auction Operator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Detailed understanding of the product/service
  • Regular communication with existing clients face-to-face and over the phone
  • Participation in conferences and industry expos
  • Tracking and reporting progress to your supervisor
  • Identifying and approaching new sources for auction listings
  • Utilizing Google AdWords and social media for advertising

To be eligible for the position of Regional Auction Operator, you should possess:

  • A solid background in Estate Agency (preferably 5 years)
  • An estimated funding of around £20,000 for marketing, office setup, etc.
  • Prior experience in auctions is advantageous but not mandatory
  • A proven history of success
  • Ability to list, sell, and negotiate offers effectively
