As the Regional Training Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in our journey. You'll coordinate, develop, and deliver employee training. This includes mandatory and legislative training, as well as facilitating access to external training opportunities.

A full clean driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential as up to 50% of your time is spent commuting to our various sites in Norfolk and Suffolk.

You'll support professional growth.
You've delivered training in the healthcare or social care sector.

Regulatory Familiarity:
Competency in IT systems and maintaining training records.

Education and Training:
Hold or be willing to work towards a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent).
