We have a fantastic opportunity for a Part-Time Bookings Administrator, to join a multipurpose accommodation facility based in a lovely location on the beautiful island of Anglesey, North Wales.

In this role you will be managing guest bookings and assisting with day-to-day operations of the Centre in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for all guests before, after and during their stay
  • Maintaining accurate and recordable booking processes
  • Raising invoices on a weekly basis
  • Ensuring security are aware of all bookings and persons entering and leaving the site
  • Liaising with the Catering and Cleaning departments as and when necessary, regarding bookings or extra services that may be required
  • Alerting the facilities department of any wear and tear or service requests
  • Keeping the facility website and Facebook page updated and produce marketing materials as required
  • Any other adhoc duties

We are keen to see your CV if you have the below skills or experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role possibly within the hospitality / leisure / tourism industry
  • Strong customer service background
  • Amazing people skills and be able to communicate with people of all levels and backgrounds
  • IT proficient with excellent knowledge of MS Office especially Outlook and Excel
  • An understanding of accounts processes and be able to raise invoices and purchase orders
  • Be available 3 days per week with the flexibility to take on extra hours as required

This is a temporary, ongoing role 3 days per week (days to be agreed) with the working hours of 8.30am-4.30pm Monday-Friday though some weekend work may be required with prior agreement during peak season. In exchange you will receive an hourly pay rate of £13.50 plus accrued holiday pay.
