An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Hotel Reception Department.

There are a range of skills, and characteristics we are looking for to successfully fill this role. These include:

- Administration and customer service skills.
- Previous experience working within a hotel department or similar environment preferred.
- Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing) with a good level of English is essential.
- Strong adaptability skills to meet, guest, team, and business expectations.
- Proactive and reliable.
- Team-working skills.
- IT skills to work with computerized booking and payment systems such as Guestline
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- A friendly and professional telephone manner.
- A team player.
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and look after several tasks at once.
