An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Administrator based in Birmingham City Centre, hybrid working is available with at least one day a week in the office.

As the Executive Administrator, you will be:

  • Providing day to day administrative support to the Executive team and People Success Team
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings and travel as required
  • Assisting the EA to CEO & CPO with organising events and conferences
  • Preparing reports, presentations and documentation
  • Taking notes during meetings, preparing minutes and subsequently distributing to all participants
  • Supporting the EA to CEO & CPO with projects as required
  • Maintaining and updating the Executive Team intranet page
  • Drafting communications to the business on behalf of the CEO & CPO
  • Providing cover for the EA to CEO & CPO during any absence
  • Carrying out other additional duties

As the Executive Administrator, you will have:

  • Previous experience working in an administrative position
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Great team working skills and excellent communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • You may have experience in the following roles: Office Assistant, PA, Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator, Office Assistant, Office Admin, Team Assistant, Sales Admin or any other similar position.
As the Executive Administrator, you will receive a salary of £22,000 per annum plus a fantastic range of benefits.
