Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust Full time

Despite the challenges that Health and Adult Social Carehas faced within the last two years, the approach we take in Buckinghamshire is not to take shelter and wait for the storm to pass.

Instead, we have chosen to
transform and reshape across the system **so we can build for the future.

Transforming Mental Health and Adult Social Care in the last 12 months is enabling us to reshape our mental health social work partnership through Section 75 and implement a structure that is focused around establishing the right conditions to deliver outstanding practice and working more closely with the voluntary and community sector to support people near to where they live.

About us

Buckinghamshire is an ambitious, rapidly growing county, and our economy is one of the strongest in the country.

We are looking for motivated, ambitious and inspiring people to join us on _Our Journey to Outstanding _.

As a service, we are committed to develop inclusive and diverse working environments for our teams as well as being representative of the communities we support.

We also want to embrace the flexibility that we have had to our working life since the pandemic and as a result the Head of Service will work flexibly between office bases and home in accordance with business needs.

Our ask to potential applicants is - _Do you want to be a part of leading the change in Adult Social Care and Mental Health not just in Buckinghamshire but in how we influence work at a regional level?_
