Overview: Hays Social Care is a prominent agency partner to various correctional facilities, specializing in the provision of maintenance personnel and support staff. We are currently looking for a Site Security Liaison Officer to oversee and accompany construction personnel within a secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and security of the facility by escorting construction teams.
- Conduct thorough checks of contractor tools and equipment.
- Monitor and manage the movement of contractors and their vehicles.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of security awareness and the ability to identify and address potential risks. A background in customer service or security is preferred. Candidates will be evaluated on the following competencies:
