About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Maintenance Officer to join our team at Dovetail and Slate Ltd. As a key member of our estates team, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our site, ensuring that our facilities are safe and secure for our staff and visitors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including outdoor maintenance and caretaking duties
- Assist in the preparation of maintenance, development, and project plans
- Handle goods in and portering tasks, including receiving, delivering, and maintaining records of equipment and parcels
- Conduct health and safety checks and adopt a proactive approach to improving service standards
Requirements:
- Estates, caretaking, or related experience
- Knowledge of DIY and trade experience desirable
- Driving license and ability to pass an Enhanced DBS check
