Key Responsibilities

Provide information and support to customers, both internally and externally

Assist the sales team in delivering quotations and customer support on projects and requests

Organize and manage customer files, sales information and records

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure customer needs are met

Perform administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
Strong experience in customer service and sales support

Excellent organizational skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well in a team environment

Strong attention to detail

Admin experience is a plus

Competent with all Microsoft products (excel, word etc)
